David has managed projects with the UAE Special Missions Team – more than 300 million $USD, from concept to operational capability. Responsibilities included the development of lessons, training programs and team development and management. Advising commanders where appropriate in areas of expeditionary operations, counter-terrorism and clandestine Special Forces operations. As an Operations officer, he conducted and managed covert surveillance teams at high profile events, working in conjunction with the Police security plan. (UK / Europe). David developed and managed Exercise instructions, risk assessments and supervised numerous training exercises both domestically and overseas for the UAE Special Mission Team.
