César A. Monge Durá is a lawyer and Retired Officer of the National Police of Peru.  He was titled as a forensic document expert by the Superior Court of Justice of Lima and the Registrado de Peritos Judiciales Experts (REPEJ). He is also expert in the detection of counterfeit currency and a fingerprint and phonograph expert. After having accumulated more than thirty years of continuous experience as a legal and civil expert, Cesar began his career in the consulting and trademark protection.

César A. Monge Durá is also a lecturer at the Escuela del Ministerio Público, the Judiciary Academy, the Peruvian National Police, the Customs Office, the Catholic University of Peru, among other important entities.
